A BIT ABOUT ANITA L. CLAY

Born in Alliance, Ohio Anita was a small town girl with dreams of being an excellent writer. "Writing has always come naturally to me, although I do get the occasional writer's block. I enjoy story-telling, be it my own story or the stories passed down to me." Anita taught English in inner-city schools for several years until she moved on to Prentice-Hall and then eventually retired to write and work for herself. She is currently encouraging and teaching seniors to write stories. Her motto is, "Many people can teach you grammar, but no one else can tell your story."

A speaking and writing coach, Anita Clay is currently encouraging and teaching seniors to write their own stories. Her next book, "Come Before Winter; Musings and Memories for Seniors", will be published late 2017.

From Frustration to Family

SKU: 20Price$12.99

A year-long writing project for families and teachers struggling to connect with children. During her time as a teacher, Anita tried to find a way to connect with her students. She found what worked best was actually getting to know them, and letting them get to know her. The result was astounding! She asks parents, "Do you know your children, and do you know yourself."

Moving beyond the classroom family, this book asks parents the question, "Do your children know your story? And, how well do you know theirstories?" Share these amazing stories and write your own amazing stories.
